By using MeowlyVA services, including the MeowlyVA website and community platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
MeowlyVA provides a VTuber community platform: a website, member accounts, Discord and stream integrations, and the community features described on it.
MeowlyVA also operates internal tools that are not part of the services offered to you. Authorized team members use them to publish MeowlyVA's own content to MeowlyVA's own social channels, and to monitor performance and revenue data for those channels. These tools are not accessible to visitors or community members, and nothing in these Terms grants you rights to them or asks anything of you in respect of them. They are described in our Privacy Policy for transparency about the third-party APIs they use.
The monitoring half of that tooling — the Business Operations Viewer — reads channel metadata, video metadata, performance and monetization metrics, and aggregated viewer demographics for the connected channels using read-only YouTube and YouTube Analytics scopes; it does not upload, modify, or delete content on those channels.
You agree not to use our services to:
Content you submit to MeowlyVA — artwork, messages, and anything else you upload — remains your property. You grant MeowlyVA a limited license only to the extent necessary to operate the services, such as storing your submission, showing it where you asked it to appear, and featuring it on stream where the feature you used says so. MeowlyVA retains ownership of all software, branding, and platform content.
MeowlyVA services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party platform integrations depend on those platforms' APIs and may be affected by their changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeowlyVA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
