Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Meowlyva services, including the Meowly Studio desktop application and the Meowlyva website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Meowlyva provides a VTuber community platform and Meowly Studio, an AI-assisted desktop video editing application for content creators. The Studio application allows you to edit videos and, with your explicit authorization, publish content directly to third-party platforms including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

Meowlyva also operates an internal Business Operations Viewer used by authorized members of the MeowlyVA team to monitor performance and revenue data for YouTube channels owned by MeowlyVA. This Viewer reads channel metadata, video metadata, performance and monetization metrics, and aggregated viewer demographics for the connected channels using read-only YouTube and YouTube Analytics scopes; it does not upload, modify, or delete content on those channels.

3. Third-Party Platform Integrations

Meowly Studio may connect to third-party services (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) on your behalf. By connecting these accounts, you authorize Meowly Studio to upload content to those platforms using credentials you provide. You remain solely responsible for all content published through these integrations and must comply with each platform's own terms of service.

Meowly Studio does not store your third-party credentials on any external server. OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored locally on your device only.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use our services to:

• Upload or distribute content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload harmful, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the services

5. Intellectual Property

All content you create and upload using Meowly Studio remains your property. You grant Meowlyva a limited license only to the extent necessary to operate the services (e.g., temporary processing of video files for encoding). Meowlyva retains ownership of all software, branding, and platform content.

6. Disclaimers

Meowly Studio and Meowlyva services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party platform integrations depend on those platforms' APIs and may be affected by their changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meowlyva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
